Who Controls Your Data
For personal data processed directly through this website, ChartWiseHub, the operator of chartwisehub.com, acts as the data controller unless another service is clearly acting as an independent controller for its own processing.
ChartWiseHub is operated from Europe and the website is available to an international audience.
For privacy questions, access requests, deletion requests, objections, or other data-protection matters, use the ChartWiseHub Contact page and select Privacy or data request.
Privacy-contact method: the website uses the Contact page as its public privacy-contact channel instead of publishing a direct email address that can be harvested by automated spam systems.
What Personal Data We Process
The information processed depends on how you use ChartWiseHub. We do not require visitors to create an account to read normal site content.
| Activity | Information That May Be Processed | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Normal website use | Technical request information such as IP address, browser/device details, timestamps, requested pages, and security/server-log information | Deliver the website, maintain reliability, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, and protect the site |
| Contact form | Name, email address, inquiry type, subject, optional relevant-page URL, message, consent confirmation, and technical submission information | Receive, review, categorize, secure, and respond to messages |
| Analytics, if permitted | Usage and interaction information such as page views, events, device/browser information, approximate location, referral information, and analytics identifiers | Understand site usage and improve content, navigation, and website performance |
| Cookie preferences | Your consent or preference choices and technical information needed to remember or demonstrate those choices | Respect and manage optional-cookie preferences |
| Affiliate/outbound links | Click or referral information may be processed by analytics and/or the external provider after you follow a link | Measure outbound interactions and, where applicable, attribute referrals or commissions |
Please do not submit passwords, API keys, broker credentials, payment-card details, account recovery information, private keys, seed phrases, or other highly sensitive financial or security information through ChartWiseHub forms.
Contact Form and Privacy Requests
The ChartWiseHub Contact page uses Formspree to process and deliver form submissions. Depending on what you provide, a submission can include your name, email address, inquiry category, subject, optional relevant ChartWiseHub page, message content, and confirmation that you agree to the processing needed to review and respond to the inquiry.
The form also uses spam-prevention measures. Formspree and related technical systems may process information such as an IP address, browser or request details, timestamps, and anti-abuse signals for security and spam detection.
Contact-form information is used to respond to legitimate questions, corrections, feedback, technical issues, privacy requests, and relevant business inquiries. It may also be used to maintain a reasonable record of correspondence, handle abuse, resolve disputes, or demonstrate that a privacy request was handled.
To make a privacy request, visit the Contact page, choose Privacy or data request, and explain the request clearly.
Formspree has its own privacy and security practices. You can review the Formspree Privacy Policy.
Cookies and Consent
ChartWiseHub uses cookies and similar technologies for necessary site functions and, where permitted by your choices, optional purposes such as analytics.
The site uses a consent-management system to allow visitors to accept, reject, or customize optional cookies. Necessary technologies may remain active where they are required for security, consent management, or essential website functionality.
You can change your optional-cookie choices using the consent controls available on the website. Clearing browser storage can also remove previously stored choices, which may cause the consent banner to appear again.
For the current cookie categories, purposes, services, and retention information detected by the site’s consent system, see the Cookie Policy.
Google Analytics
ChartWiseHub uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the website when the required analytics consent has been given.
Analytics can process information about pages viewed, events and interactions, referral sources, device and browser characteristics, approximate geographic information, and analytics identifiers. This information helps ChartWiseHub understand which content is useful, identify navigation problems, measure site performance, and prioritize updates.
ChartWiseHub does not intentionally send names, email addresses, contact-form message content, or other direct identifiers to Google Analytics as analytics dimensions or events.
Google provides controls for data retention, deletion, consent, and other privacy settings in Google Analytics. Google also processes Analytics data under its applicable data-processing terms. See the Google Privacy Policy for more information about Google’s practices.
Affiliate Links and Outbound Clicks
Some ChartWiseHub pages contain affiliate links. If you follow one, the destination provider or affiliate network may process referral information, cookies, identifiers, purchase information, or other data according to its own privacy and cookie practices.
Where analytics consent has been provided, ChartWiseHub may measure outbound affiliate-link interactions in Google Analytics to understand which site pages generate outbound visits. This is an internal measurement event and does not itself mean that ChartWiseHub can see everything that happens after you leave the website.
When you leave ChartWiseHub and visit a third-party provider, that provider’s privacy policy, cookie policy, terms, and consent controls apply to its own processing.
For more information about ChartWiseHub’s commercial relationships, see the Affiliate Disclosure.
Hosting, Server Logs, and Website Security
ChartWiseHub uses SiteGround for website hosting and related infrastructure. Hosting and security systems may process technical information needed to serve pages, maintain logs, detect malicious traffic, troubleshoot errors, protect the website, and provide hosting or email infrastructure.
This can include technical request information such as IP addresses, timestamps, requested resources, browser or connection information, and security events. Such processing is used for website delivery, operational reliability, fraud and abuse prevention, security, and troubleshooting.
SiteGround publishes information about its privacy and data-processing practices in its Privacy Policy.
Service Providers
ChartWiseHub relies on a limited number of service providers to operate the website. Their role can change as the site evolves, but the main categories currently include:
| Provider / Service | Role | Typical Data Involved |
|---|---|---|
| SiteGround | Website hosting, infrastructure, security, and related technical services | Server/request information, technical logs, website data, and information handled through hosted services |
| Formspree | Contact-form processing, delivery, and spam/security handling | Form fields, email address, message content, request metadata, and anti-abuse information |
| Google Analytics | Website analytics when permitted by consent | Usage events, analytics identifiers, device/browser information, referral and approximate-location information |
| Consent-management software | Record and respect cookie/consent choices | Consent status and technical data needed to remember or demonstrate preferences |
ChartWiseHub may replace or add service providers as the website changes. The Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy should be updated when a material change affects how visitor data is processed.
Legal Bases for Processing Under GDPR
Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation applies, ChartWiseHub relies on a legal basis appropriate to the purpose of the processing.
| Purpose | Typical GDPR Basis |
|---|---|
| Optional analytics and similar non-essential technologies | Consent, where consent is required |
| Responding to ordinary questions, feedback, corrections, and protecting the site from abuse | Legitimate interests in operating the website, communicating with visitors, maintaining accuracy, and protecting the service |
| Business inquiries where you ask us to take steps before entering a potential arrangement | Steps taken at your request before a possible contract, where applicable, and/or legitimate interests |
| Privacy-rights requests and compliance records | Compliance with legal obligations where applicable, and legitimate interests in documenting and managing requests |
| Necessary website, hosting, security, and consent-management functions | Legitimate interests, legal obligations where applicable, and processing necessary to provide requested website functionality |
Where processing is based on legitimate interests, ChartWiseHub considers whether those interests are reasonably necessary and balanced against the rights and interests of affected individuals.
How Long Personal Data Is Kept
ChartWiseHub does not keep personal data longer than reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was processed, subject to technical, security, legal, accounting, dispute-resolution, and compliance needs.
- Contact messages: normally kept while the inquiry is active and for a reasonable period afterward when follow-up, correction history, security, business records, or dispute handling may be necessary.
- Privacy requests: information about a request may be kept as needed to process the request and demonstrate that applicable data-protection obligations were addressed.
- Analytics data: retained according to the active Google Analytics property settings and Google’s applicable retention controls.
- Server and security logs: retained according to operational, hosting, security, abuse-prevention, and troubleshooting needs.
- Consent records: retained for as long as reasonably needed to remember preferences and, where necessary, demonstrate the consent choice that applied.
When information is no longer reasonably needed, it may be deleted, anonymized, aggregated, or allowed to expire according to the relevant service configuration.
When Information May Be Shared
ChartWiseHub does not sell personal data for monetary payment. Personal information may, however, be disclosed or made available in limited situations necessary to operate the site or meet legal obligations.
- to hosting, analytics, form-processing, security, consent-management, and other service providers needed to operate the website
- when you intentionally follow an external or affiliate link and interact with that third party
- when disclosure is reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, spam, security incidents, abuse, or threats to the website
- when required by applicable law, regulation, court order, or lawful government request
- when reasonably necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims
- in connection with a legitimate reorganization, transfer, or sale of the website or business, subject to applicable data-protection requirements
Third parties that act as independent controllers are responsible for explaining their own processing through their privacy notices.
International Data Transfers
ChartWiseHub serves an international audience and uses service providers that may process information in more than one country. As a result, personal data can be processed outside the country where you are located and, in some cases, outside the European Economic Area.
Where GDPR rules on international transfers apply, relevant providers may use mechanisms such as European Commission adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses, or other safeguards permitted by applicable data-protection law.
For example, Formspree states that it relies on Standard Contractual Clauses as a data processor for GDPR-related transfers. Other providers publish their transfer arrangements in their own privacy or data-processing documentation.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live and which law applies, you may have rights regarding your personal data. Under the GDPR, these can include, subject to the conditions and exceptions in the law:
- the right to request access to personal data concerning you
- the right to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
- the right to request erasure in circumstances where the law provides that right
- the right to request restriction of certain processing
- the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests in applicable circumstances
- the right to receive certain data in a portable format where the legal requirements for portability are met
- the right to withdraw consent at any time for processing based on consent, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal
- the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data-protection supervisory authority
To exercise a right or ask a privacy question, use the Contact page and select Privacy or data request. ChartWiseHub may need enough information to understand the request and reasonably verify that it relates to the correct person before acting on it.
If the GDPR applies, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, particularly in the EU or EEA country of your habitual residence, place of work, or place of the alleged infringement.
Automated Decision-Making
ChartWiseHub does not currently use personal data submitted through the Contact page to make solely automated decisions that produce legal effects or similarly significant effects for the person submitting the message.
Automated systems may still be used for ordinary website security, spam filtering, analytics processing, or technical service operation.
Children’s Privacy
ChartWiseHub is not designed as a service for children and does not intentionally seek personal data from children through visitor accounts, comments, or similar community features.
If you believe a child has submitted personal information through the website, use the Contact page and choose Privacy or data request so the situation can be reviewed.
External Links and Embedded Content
ChartWiseHub contains links to external websites and may occasionally use embedded content, charts, videos, widgets, or other third-party resources.
When you interact with a third-party website or embedded service, that third party may process information according to its own privacy and cookie policies. ChartWiseHub does not control independent third-party privacy practices.
Where technically supported and legally required, optional third-party content or tracking may be affected by your cookie-consent choices.
Data Security
ChartWiseHub uses reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to reduce unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure of information. These measures include HTTPS transport, hosting and platform security controls, access limitations, software updates, spam filtering, and security monitoring where appropriate.
No website, email system, form processor, hosting provider, or internet transmission method can guarantee absolute security. Visitors should therefore avoid submitting sensitive credentials or financial-security information through normal website forms.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
ChartWiseHub may update this Privacy Policy when the website, service providers, analytics setup, contact process, legal requirements, or data-handling practices materially change.
The date near the top of this page shows when the policy was last updated. Material changes should be reflected in this page and, where required, in the site’s cookie or consent information.
